Business Hours are Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (AEST). We provide services outside those hours for emergency respose or by appointment only (after hours surcharge apply). Onsite field services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week are provided when entered into a MOU or service contract. Email support is provided to web hosting, email and application hosting clients using our servers facility.
